Google Map iframe 版を住所指定で動的に埋め込む

iframe 版Google Map を住所指定でWebサイトに埋め込む方法です。

住所データを持つ動的サイトにGoogle Map を埋め込みたい時などに使えます。

ひとつだけ注意したいのは、住所が見つからない場合ピンが落ちないところ。

住所ではなく施設の名称とかでもいけます。
